Wined a Little

Today was ok. The biggest thing I noticed using MFP is how many of my calories are consumed at night.


Half of my day was snack 3.

I did have wine tonight but poured out glass 3. Tomorrow I will hit the water and green tea. I have a sitter booked to run and will hit the steam room. We may rescue a dog soon and if we do I will have a new running partner. 😊
