Ok day 2 not running away with it yet

Today I did an hour of weights at east link. I did upper to fail with these 15's


And lower with no weights because I ran/walked a half hour after.

I did 8 full pull-ups at this weight


On the assisted pull-up machine. 

Today's food was a bit carb heavy and again more calories late but better.


2 wine as I did my newsletter tonight for work.
