Oh Christmas
Always a tough time, but I have done a few big hikes and feel better. Yesterday I had the worst stomach ache. Trying to avoid gluten in case it was the bagel I had after my walk.

Ok day 2 not running away with it yet
Today I did an hour of weights at east link. I did upper to fail with these 15's
And lower with no weights because I ran/walked a half hour after.
I did 8 full pull-ups at this weight
On the assisted pull-up machine.
Today's food was a bit carb heavy and again more calories late but better.
2 wine as I did my newsletter tonight for work.

Wined a Little
Today was ok. The biggest thing I noticed using MFP is how many of my calories are consumed at night.
Half of my day was snack 3.
I did have wine tonight but poured out glass 3. Tomorrow I will hit the water and green tea. I have a sitter booked to run and will hit the steam room. We may rescue a dog soon and if we do I will have a new running partner. 😊
Beating the New Year Rush
I want to make 2016 the best year! Every year I set a goal I have never achieved. Last year I ran alone in the bush. This year I am going to run an Ultra 50k and get my Blackbelt in Taekwondo-do.
The biggest things for me to work on is getting my wine consumption down and my water consumption up.
Here is my start point.
